To make this I use 1 pound of scallops and 1 bunch of asparagus. I use my Power Pressure Cooker XL with 1 cup of water. I place the scallops on the bottom rack and sprinkle them with lemon pepper. I place the asparagus on the top rack and also sprinkle with lemon pepper. I then use the fish/vegtables/steam setting for 2 minutes. Then when it’s done I plate it up.
