Tonight for Dinner I cooked teriyaki ginger salmon and teriyaki rice. For the salmon I marinated it for 24 hours using a blend of pineapple teriyaki sauce, ginger and orange Olive oil. I cooked the salmon in my super wave for 10 minutes on each side at 400 degrees. The rice was simply a rice pasta mix with sweet teriyaki sauce. The salmon was actually purchased from a door to door meat salesman. The salmon was perfectly cooked it was nice and flaky and not dry. The flavor from the marinade paired perfectly with the salmon and the flavor was amazing. The rice was the perfect side and was delicious as well. I really enjoyed cooking and eating this meal.
