Today at work the ELLIT Utah Chapter, (ELLIT stands for EMC Latin American Leadership Team) sponsored our first Cinco De Mayo Salsa Challenge. The event was coordinated by our President Andre Rami Jr. & Myself the treasurer of the group. We had 4 categories of salsa (Hot, Sweet, Original Recipe and traditional). There were a total of 12 entries spread across the 4 categories. We invited employees to come in and sample and then vote on their favorites. We received a total of 52 ballots that were counted. I tried all the salsas and all were very good and it was difficult to decide which were my favorites. I heard numerous people say what a hard choice it was and how much they enjoyed the event.
I would like to recognize the winners here.
