Tonight for dinner I cooked ginger, Spicy mustard and sweet chili chicken breast with lemon pepper asparagus.
For the chicken breast I prepared them by using squeeze ginger, Spicy brown mustard and sweet chili sauce. I used my secret special liquid for the pressure cooker. I placed the chicken breast on the bottom rack in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
For the asparagus I sprayed it with butter and sprinkled it with lemon pepper. I placed the asparagus on the top rack of the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
I cooked the chicken and asparagus for 20 minutes using the Chicken setting.
I have to say that this dish was amazing. The chicken was cooked perfect and the flavor of the ginger combined with the mustard along with the sweet chili sauce was awesome. It had a slight kick but not overly spicy. The asparagus was also perfect and nice and tender which is the way I like it. The lemon pepper added a slightly spicy taste and it was amazing.
