Tonight for dinner I cooked. Citrus, Ginger, Spicy Mustard and Garlic Chicken Breasts with Garlic and Dill Mini Purple Potatoes.
For the chicken breast I coated them with citrus ginger sauce, squeeze ginger and garlic powder. I placed the chicken breast on the bottom rack of my Power Pressure Cooker XL and used my secret liquid.
For the Mini Purple Potatoes I sprayed them with butter and sprinkled them with garlic powder and a pampered chef dill seasoning. I placed the potatoes in the top rack of the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
I cooked the chicken breast and potatoes for 25 minutes using the Chicken and meat setting.
The meal was delicious. The potatoes had great flavor that was enhanced by the garlic powder and dill seasoning. The potatoes were amazingly tender as well. The chicken breast was also deliciou. The spicy mustard added a nice kick that was enhanced by the flavor from the ginger and ginger citrus sauce. I like to mix things up when I cook and this was one of those mix ups that I will definitely cook again.
