Tonight I cooked dinner.
I prepared Ginger and Korean Pineapple BBQ Pork Loin Chops with Garlic and Asiago White Asparagus.
For the Pork Loin Chops I marinated then overnight in a mixture of squeeze ginger and Korean Pineapple BBQ marinade. I used 1 1/2 cups of my special pressure cooker liquid. I placed the Pork Loin Chops on the bottom rack of my Power Pressure Cooker XL.
For the white asparagus I sprinkled the asparagus with Garlic powder and shredded Asiago cheese. I placed the asparagus on the top rack of my Power Pressure Cooker XL.
I cooked the Pork Loin Chops and asparagus for 20 minutes using the meat setting on the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
The food was amazing Even if I am a little biased since I prepared and cooked it.
The Pork Loin Chops were nice and juicy and were cooked perfectly. The Korean Pineapple BBQ sauce and ginger gave the Pork a great flavor.
The white asparagus was also cooked perfect. The Garlic and Asiago cheese added an awesome flavor to the asparagus. In my opinion I prefer white asparagus to green.
I really enjoyed preparing, cooking and eating this meal.
