Tonight for dinner I cooked Citus and Ginger Salmon with Asian BBQ Rice.
To prepare the salmon I marinated it overnight in a citrus and ginger sauce.
The rice came out of a bag.
I cooked the salmon for 10 minutes on a side in my superwave.
The rice was cooked in the microwave for 12 minutes.
I thought the salmon was perfectly cooked it was nice and flaky and had amazing flavor from the marinade the citrus provided a nice sweet taste and the ginger complimented this flavor with a nice little kick.
The rice was also extremely tasty.
Now for what my wife Barb had to say about this dish.
“Salmon was perfect. The sauce was tangy and slightly sweet. But not overly sweet. Perfect texture.
Rice was good also. Perfect dinner. ”
I thoroughly enjoyed preparing, cooking and eating this meal.
