Tonight for dinner I decided I wanted genuine Ramen. My back has been bothering me and I didn’t want to drive far and I knew that Cafe Yugo would not disappoint.
I ordered the Karai Miso Ramen. The owner knows that I like spicy food and asked me if I wanted extra spicy and of course I said yes.
The ramen consisted of ramen noodles, half boiled egg, bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onion, bamboo shoots, seaweed, chashu pork and chili paste with a spicy broth.
The ramen was amazing. I really enjoyed the spiceness. The broth was extremely flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The mushrooms were nice and flavorful. The chashu pork was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The vegtables were fresh and tasty. The egg was delicious but as I say always I would prefer a whole soft boiled egg.
I highly recommend this ramen and Cafe Yugo. I believe that it is a great value for the money.
