I know I have posted before about my delicious chili but it has been a while.
Today was a cold and some what yucky day so I decided I needed to cook up a batch of my amazing chili. Yes I am biased but this chili is awesome and fairly easy to make.
For my recipe I use 2 Pounds of Stew Beef, 2 30oz cans of Red Kidney Beans, 5 15 oz cans of diced fire roasted tomatoes, 4 Tablespoons of roasted garlic and 3 packs of McCormick Original Chili Seasoning. I use a 6 quart slow cooker and a liner. I place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and set it for 10 hours on low.
In my opinion this chili is phenomenal. I think it is the stew beef that makes the difference. The chili is spicy but not too spicy and the garlic adds a nice little punch to the flavor.
This is what my wife Barbara Ray says about my chili. “[Perfect. As always it hits the spot. Seasoning was just right, not too spicy or bland. Nice on a cold winter night.]”
I thoroughly enjoyed making and eating this chili. I am also thrilled that my wife enjoys it so much.
